Louis Walsh 'undergoes cosmetic surgery for the X Factor'

Louis Walsh has allegedly gone under the knife in preparation for appearing on the live X Factor shows alongside his fellow judges. According to the Daily Mirror, the 57-year-old was persuaded by Simon Cowell to undergo "a bit of work" and flew to Los Angeles for cosmetic surgery. The Irishman is believed to have had surgery on the bags under his eyes and is also thought to have had some Botox injections. An X Factor insider told the newspaper: "Simon has been badgering him for years and Louis finally succumbed. He's been in dark glasses to hide the bruising." Walsh is not the only judge on the show who feels under pressure to look younger. Dannii Minogue, 37, recently revealed to the Sun that she began having Botox injections after her sister Kylie contracted breast cancer in 2005.
