Regular bedtime 'vital for good sleep'
11/06/2010
If you find yourself getting into your comfortable bed at different times each night, you could be damaging your sleeping routine, according to one expert.Jessica Alexander of the Sleep Council has advised that establishing a routine before going to bed is important for performance.
