Solar panels 'mean homeowners have everything to gain'
Australia 'is a great cruise destination'
11/03/2010
Australia is ideally set up for cruises, according to online advice site Cruise Critic. Carolyn Spencer Brown, the website's editor in chief, said that because it is a "huge" country, cruising is often a good way to explore it. "Cities are incredibly spread out so a voyage around the country is a great way to see really disparate destinations," she added. Her comments came after Cunard Line announced that the Queen Mary 2 will be based in Australia during 2012 for a circumnavigation voyage. The ship will spend a total of 28 nights in Australian waters, the longest period it has been in one country outside of its home ports of Southampton and New York. Visitors to Australia will find it has a lot to offer, Ms Spencer Brown added. "You've got the Great Barrier Reef for beaches and diving, and then fantastic cities like Melbourne and Sydney. You've got Perth, and the surrounding wine country. There's so much variety," Ms Spencer Brown noted. If you're looking for a cruise bargain, then don't miss your chance and enter our prize draw now.
