There is more to Paris than the Eiffel tower, according to the Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau.
According to recent figures from the organisation, 6.6 million people headed to the famous landmark's last year making it one of the city's most visited attractions.
However, the Visitors Bureau is keen to highlight the French capital's other highlights, including less well known attractions, galleries and museums.
"For those that come for the first time, obviously they want to see the Eiffel Tower and the main attractions, but for those who have come to Paris a few times, there are really good offerings," commented the body's Veronique Potelet Anty.
She added that there are over 150 museums in Paris, adding: "Obviously people will go possibly to the Louvre but then the City Hall of Paris for example owns around 50 museums, which are really tiny museums and they're free."
Ms Potelet Anty added that the city also has a lot to offer foodies, including markets selling amazing produce and a host of restaurants to suit all tastes.
