These are the rules that apply to all competitions promoted on Activeyou.co.uk. There may also be special terms which are relevant to individual competitions; these will appear as a separate link on the relevant competition.
- Active You is owned and operated by Attinger Jack Interactive Ltd, 15 Gay Street, Bath, BA1 2PH , Company reg number 5980058.
- Active You is a UK site and all competitions are open to EU residents aged 18 or over.
- Active You prize draws may be promoted over several different websites at the same time.
- Persons connected with Attinger Jack Interactive Ltd or any of the prize draw sponsors are ineligible.
- Prize draws allow multiple entries unless otherwise stated.
- Prize draws are handled by the competition sponsor which can be found in the special terms & conditions. Winners will be notified by the competition sponsor within 30 days of the closing date. Winners are selected at random by a computer.
- Attinger Jack Interactive Ltd reserves the right to extend competition entry deadlines without notice. This is at our sole discretion.
- All prizes are subject to availability, should any prize be unavailable, a prize of similar price or specification will be substituted at our sole discretion.
- Entrants agree that by entering a competition their personal details may be stored and otherwise processed by Active You for the purposes of administering the competition and for marketing and sending offers and other information. Active You may also pass entrants details to selected third parties to use for the same purposes, but always strictly in line with its privacy policy and any opt in boxes that entrants have ticked. Please read the privacy policy carefully to understand how we may use your data and what your rights are.
- By participating in a competition with Active You each visitor is opting in to receive offers from Active You & Active You partners. Such offers will be sent only by Active You, its partners or its clients and possibly third parties based in the UK, EEA, USA or Canada.

- As a condition of your entry into any competition, you agree to indemnify us and our affiliates, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all liabilities, other expenses (including costs and legal fees) and damages arising out of claims resulting directly or indirectly from such entry.
